SCOTUS, led by Chief Justice Roberts, continues to violate and support the violation to free exercise of religion. SCOTUS has a terrible history of justifying the violation of American rights from Dred Scott to Plessy vs Ferguson to the removal of the Bible and prayer from public life, to Roe v. Wade and is adding to that terrible history by denying the free exercise of religion.
There is only one branch that can correct this. Will you be working to remove from the bench judges that violate and support the violation of the first amendment? Will you be working to overturn these bad decisions?
